What comes next if Supreme Court overturns Roe v Wade.
Contrary to popular belief, Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade is the best decision that could be made by a judicial branch of the government, simply because it removes the federal government from making political based legislations towards abortions.
By doing so, Roe v Wade will go to individual state legislators who will then write the laws pertaining to abortions and those laws will be voted on.
The Supreme Court by overturning will give millions and millions a voice at the polls as to the laws they want to see implemented in regards to abortions, as laws always should be decided.
It’s that simple!
